A website once associated with the now-defunct UK political party Change UK has been repurposed to advertise offshore-style online gambling content, including promotions for so-called “no KYC” casinos aimed at UK audiences.

The domain voteforchange.uk currently hosts an extensive gambling article titled “Best No KYC Casinos in the UK 2026.” The page is styled as an editorial-style review and features multiple “Play Now” buttons that redirect users through affiliate tracking links to external gambling sites.

Despite the shift in content, remnants of the site’s original political structure remain visible. Navigation menus still list items such as “Our Candidates,” “Our Values,” “Donate,” and “Donations Received,” now appearing alongside a newly added “No KYC Casinos” section.

The gambling article itself is attributed to “Anna Soubry” and dated February 16, 2026. It prominently advertises aggressive bonus claims, including offers such as “650% up to £5,500 + 250 Free Spins,” with outbound links routed via tracking domains.

Elsewhere on the site, legacy material from the party’s former digital presence is still intact. The “Terms & Privacy” page repeatedly references The Independent Group for Change and includes timestamps like “Last updated: 28 Oct 2019,” along with cookie disclosures mentioning services such as Cloudflare and Stripe.

Change UK, later rebranded as The Independent Group for Change, effectively disappeared from frontline politics after failing to secure parliamentary seats. The party formally wound down in late 2019, with reports at the time stating its management council had agreed to disband and begin deregistration.

While expired political domains being repurposed is not unusual, the current use of the site raises particular concerns. The gambling content is clearly targeted at UK players and relies heavily on “no verification” and “no KYC” language,  messaging that sits uneasily with UK standards around customer checks, responsible gambling, and self-exclusion.

The issue is not without precedent. In 2025, industry reporting revealed that the former Brexit Party website had also been converted into a promotional platform for non-GAMSTOP casinos, highlighting how recognisable political domains can be transformed into high-trust traffic funnels for gambling marketing.

The risks are twofold: confusion for users who still associate the domain with a legitimate political organisation, and potential consumer harm if UK players are directed, via affiliate links, to operators operating outside the oversight of the UK Gambling Commission.
